About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health at St Bartholomew's Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in our inpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes
  • Develop and implement physiotherapy pathways and protocols to optimize patient recovery and rehabilitation
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with a range of conditions, including orthopedic and critical care patients
  • Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council
  • Proven post-qualification clinical experience in inpatient settings to a high standard of competence
  • Significant post-qualification experience in physiotherapy delivery and working as a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
