Software Engineer Opportunity

This is a rare chance for an experienced Software Engineer to join a historic British icon at the forefront of Engineering.

The Role

The Software Engineer will collaborate with Design Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, and Data Scientists to gather and understand the requirements necessary to design, develop, and maintain a suite of data analysis tools. These tools will facilitate the analysis of data from wind tunnel, CFD, and simulation environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop graphical tools using MATLAB, Python, and Julia
  • Design and develop backend APIs using.NET Core
  • Work with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, and NoSQL
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering
  • Background or experience in data science, aerodynamics, vehicle dynamics, or computer simulations
  • Knowledge of developing graphical tools and backend APIs
  • Experience with database technologies and modern web technologies
