Workplace Host Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Workplace Host to join our team at HVAC Recruitment. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet visitors, clients, and colleagues with a warm and professional welcome.
  • Sign in visitors according to security procedures and inform the host of their arrival.
  • Assist visitors and colleagues with queries in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
  • Maintain excellent front of house standards and keep the reception area and security office tidy and clean.
  • Answer telephones from customers and occupiers in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Manage the Business Centre facilities, including drinks machines, to ensure they are clean and stocked.
  • Manage Access Control Cards and report maintenance issues to the FM Helpdesk.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
  • Present yourself with impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
