Senior Laboratory Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Laboratory Scientist to join our team at Intertek. As a Senior Laboratory Scientist, you will play a key role in leading and managing our laboratory team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results and services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the laboratory team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results and services to clients.
- Develop and implement new laboratory methods and techniques, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring their development and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality results and services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies, ensuring the laboratory remains at the forefront of innovation.
- BSc/MSc/PhD in Biology/Chemistry (or related scientific discipline) is essential.
- Experience of Cell-based assays, Flow Cytometry, and Molecular techniques is essential.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory methods and techniques, including Cell-based assay techniques and Method Validation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
