We are a leading insurance brokerage firm seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and growing our business through cross-selling and upselling services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their insurance needs are met.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services to existing clients, increasing revenue and growing our business.
  • Work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Insurance Account Handler or Insurance Broker.
  • Preferably, hold a Cert CII qualification or be part-qualified.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
