Requirements:

  • Minimum of MSc in a STEM subject, such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • Proven experience in personalisation, segmentation, and machine learning with a focus on CRM.
  • Experience working with Python, SQL, Databricks, and GCP/Azure is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing a team.
