Job Summary:

People Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled Signalling Project Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience in implementing Network Rail systems and procedures to deliver high-quality and safe projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement Network Rail systems and procedures to ensure cost-effective and high-quality project delivery.
  2. Review relevant legislation and liaise with governmental departments to ensure compliance.
  3. Apply engineering controls and procedures to projects, checking for adherence to Railway Group and Network Rail Company standards.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and HAZOP analysis to identify potential hazards and ensure environmental aspects are managed in accordance with Network Rail Environmental Policy.
  5. Monitor projects for compliance with Railway Group and Network Rail Company standards and project control procedures.
  6. Advise project and programme management on construction activities, testing, and commissioning, as well as site supervision.
  7. Verify that design and construction elements meet legislative requirements.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Network Rail and experience in signalling project engineering. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess excellent communication skills.
