Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly responsible and safety-conscious individual to join our School Crossing Patrol Service as a School Crossing Patrol Officer - Safety Ambassador. This role involves ensuring the safety of children on the way to and from school, working closely with our community to promote road safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage traffic flow to ensure safe passage for children
  • Collaborate with local residents and community groups to promote road safety awareness
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement safety initiatives
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and children

As a School Crossing Patrol Officer - Safety Ambassador with Shared Services Partnership, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in your community. You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to promoting road safety and protecting the well-being of children.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Enhanced DBS check required
Working Arrangements:

This is a part-time role, working 10 hours per week during term time. A uniform will be provided to ensure your safety and comfort while on duty.
