Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the Role:

Evans Taylor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for leading our finance function and driving business growth through strategic financial planning and management.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering financial excellence and driving business performance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance function and develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the executive team and other stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services.
  • Develop and implement financial systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.

About You:

  • You will have a strong background in finance, with a proven track record of delivering financial excellence and driving business performance.
  • You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You will be a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • You will have experience of leading and managing a team of finance professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services.
  • You will have a strong understanding of financial regulations and be able to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • You will be able to develop and implement financial systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
