We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Director to join our team at UNICAT Catalyst Technologies, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our factory equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance and Reliability
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform maintenance tasks as needed.
- Team Leadership
- Lead a team of maintenance engineers and technicians to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and controlled manner.
- Identify and mitigate potential health and safety risks associated with equipment operation and maintenance.
- Continuous Improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
- Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering).
- NEBOSH National General Certificate or above.
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance operations, with a focus on equipment reliability and maintenance.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing maintenance teams.
- Skills and Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
