The Client Support Specialist will serve as the primary liaison for our external and internal clients on a daily basis. Key duties include:
- Processing, entering, and overseeing client orders for consumables and equipment in line with order management protocols.
- Addressing client inquiries through phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Creating and tracking open order reports, taking necessary actions for any held, open, or overdue orders.
- Identifying and resolving challenges related to production timelines, shipping, and billing.
- Ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with departmental Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Processes, enters, and oversees orders in accordance with company standards, proactively resolving any issues that may occur.
- Monitors order hold reports and takes appropriate actions, recognizing the significance of revenue acknowledgment.
- Coordinates shipments based on product availability and manages billing processes.
- Facilitates goods collection and addresses client requests professionally via phone and email.
- Actively seeks solutions from internal teams and is committed to client satisfaction.
- Thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on detail.
- Independently manages tasks while seeking assistance from colleagues when necessary.
- Performs additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high-paced, customer-oriented environment, preferably in manufacturing or life sciences.
- Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
- Client-focused approach with the ability to work autonomously in a high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Oracle), Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding time management and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of European languages, particularly German, is advantageous.
