We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care at our medium-sized nursing home in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and manage staff to deliver exceptional care
- Manage budgets and financial planning to ensure the home's success
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to drive excellence
- Liaise with residents' families and healthcare professionals to provide a supportive environment
Package and Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary up to £65,000
- KPI bonus up to 10% OTE £70,000+
- Holiday pay and a comprehensive pension plan
Requirements:
- Relevant nursing qualification (RGN/RMN) or equivalent experience
- Background working in a managerial role within a care home setting
- Evidence of good and Outstanding CQC inspections
- At least 2+ years experience in a Home Manager role within the elderly care sector
