**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts.
* Manage email and telephone inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to customer queries.
* Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* Support the development and implementation of customer service strategies to drive business growth.
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience of using Outlook, Word, and Excel.
