- Address performance or personnel issues promptly to maintain a high-performing team.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention.
- Develop, monitor, and manage works programs to optimize resource allocation and efficiency.
- Price new works using contract-specific rates to ensure accurate cost estimation.
- Handle quotations and customer management to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor delivery costs and submit monthly applications for client approval to ensure timely payment.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure quality and health and safety standards are met.
- Proven experience in drainage industry management, with a strong track record of success.
- Consistent management of safe working processes, with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of drainage infrastructure, including systems, materials, and best practices.
- Possession of a CSCS card, demonstrating a commitment to safety and industry standards.
- Competitive salary: £48,000 to £52,000 per year.
- Car allowance or company van with fuel covered, providing flexibility and convenience.
