Gordon Yates Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Development Trainer to join our team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and development programs to our staff, focusing on up-skilling and developing their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training content to both new and experienced staff members
  • Train best practices across our operational work
  • Conduct face-to-face training sessions with teams across multiple sites and locations
  • Collaborate with our national training team to improve training content and materials
Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of children's care and social support environments
  • Prior experience working within a similar environment, such as children's care services, education, teaching, social services, fostering, foster care, or children's therapy
  • Flexibility to commit to weekly travel and occasional overnight stays away
  • Confident and clear communication skills
  • Genuine interest in developing a career as a Trainer
