Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Insights Analyst to join our Analytics team at Harnham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering long-term reporting and analytics solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex data models and reports to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Analyze customer segmentation, customer lifetime value, and other key performance indicators to inform business strategy
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support business needs

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on customer insights and analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
