We are a dynamic company that values innovation and teamwork. Our team is looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our ranks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general, planned, and preventative maintenance work on production process machinery and equipment to ensure their availability to meet production demands.
- Conduct reactive breakdowns, fault analysis, and timely repairs to plant machinery and equipment.
- Focus on mixing plant and extrusion machinery and equipment to deliver increased quality and efficiencies.
- Install, modify, and refurbish machinery and equipment, including site utility services, ensuring compliance with relevant pieces of legislation.
- Monitor and report the status of plant and extrusion machinery as a matter of routine.
- Participate in regular meetings with the Maintenance Manager and other maintenance and production personnel to review the status of all plant and machinery and to formulate a schedule of work.
- Complete and maintain maintenance activity records, including completion of job cards, completed PM's, and follow-on actions, etc.
- Complete and maintain documentation of equipment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that create increased quality and efficiencies.
- Perform general facilities maintenance and repair work.
