We aim to create enriching learning experiences that empower individuals to confidently utilize the products within the Genetec portfolio. You will work closely with various internal teams to enhance training materials and ensure efficient processes.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical training sessions for Genetec's customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Create and refine training presentations, manuals, and course outlines.
- Revise existing training materials as Genetec's product offerings evolve, while continuously enhancing documentation practices.
- Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of Genetec's product range.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture through respect and support for your colleagues.
Candidate Profile:

- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Professional proficiency in English and the local language.

- A commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Expertise:
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Understanding of networking principles and IP protocols.
- Experience with networking and database concepts, as well as client-server environments.
- Proficiency in PC configuration and troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Genetec products.
- Background in the Physical Security and/or Software industry.
- Knowledge of additional European languages.
