Paid Social and Programmatic Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Paid Social and Programmatic Specialist to join our team at PHD. As a key member of our Media Experience team, you'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class Paid Social and Programmatic planning and activation across our client remit.
Reporting into our Media Experience Business Director, you'll work closely with media and technology providers to ensure best practices are adhered to and a continued strive towards excellence. Your expertise in managing clients and teams within Paid Social & Programmatic will drive commercial results and ROI for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate highly motivated and efficient teams to deliver Paid Social and Programmatic campaigns
- Manage well-informed, knowledgeable, and highly driven clients to achieve business performance targets
- Work closely with wider channel leads and activation teams to integrate Paid Social into the wider media mix
- Build trust and take ownership of client relationships at senior levels
- Develop strong partnership-based relationships with media partners to drive alpha/beta product agency selection and team adoption
