About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Runwood Homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being in a kind and compassionate setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents, respecting their individual needs and preferences
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Encourage residents to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient care delivery
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
