Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our Design team in Manchester, UK. As a Senior Designer, you'll play a central role in creating seasonal newness and evolving our existing range of sportswear and activewear.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Design, Development, and Merchandising teams to create seasonal concepts, color palettes, and collection strategies.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on performance, outdoor, and sportswear trends, as well as contemporary styles and cultures.
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager, Design, Development, and Merchandising to build seasonal product creation excellence for the EMEA division.
  • Manage SKU plans, considering commercial needs, key price points, and business opportunities.
  • Create brand-right/market-relevant products that meet expectations in terms of value and cost.
  • Drive agile decision-making on prototype reviews and have a strong knowledge of pricing and fit.
  • Play an active role in researching and introducing innovations to help achieve The North Face's sustainability goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or equivalent.
  • Solid and verifiable apparel design experience across men's and women's.
  • Strong eye for trends in sportswear, streetwear, and outdoor environments.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally, if required.
