We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our prestigious clients growing team at Law Staff Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including privately and publicly funded matrimonial cases, divorce proceedings, and judicial separations.
  • Draft and negotiate separation agreements, ancillary relief, and financial matters.
  • Conduct own advocacy as required in court proceedings and provide clear, empathetic advice to clients.
  • Manage client expectations and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to contribute to the firm's business development initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Qualified solicitor with current practicing certificate and minimum 1 year's post-qualification experience in Family Law.
  • Strong knowledge of family law legislation and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently and work independently and as part of a team.
