Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Practitioner to join our team as a Clinical Senior Lecturer in the School of Medicine, Medical Sciences and Nutrition at the University of Aberdeen.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering the GP curriculum for Year 2 of the MBChB course, as well as teaching, assessment, recruitment and line management of team members, pastoral care of students and evaluation of teaching.

The post requires a strong background in General Practice and experience in teaching, with postgraduate teaching qualifications and teaching/medical education qualifications being desirable. The ability to work flexibly and occasionally require flexible working is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the GP curriculum for Year 2 of the MBChB course
