Job Title: Financial Planning Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Financial Planning and Analysis**: Monitor capex projects and identify cost savings opportunities, ensuring compliance with binding agreements and regulations.
  • **Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborate with directors, project managers, and external partners to enhance communication, compliance, and internal control procedures.
  • **Financial Reporting and Budgeting**: Gain comprehensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and fraud investigation, providing capex project cost reports to stakeholders.

**Key Accountabilities**

  • **Financial Management**: Monitor capex project spending vs budget and communicate variances to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with binding agreements and regulations.
  • **Risk Management**: Analyze and review actual cost spending for manufacturing costs and identify potential capex/cost savings, investigating irregularities and potential frauds.
  • **Stakeholder Management**: Liaise with external and internal auditors, tax and customs offices, lenders, contractors, consultants, and other related parties, maintaining related files and records.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance major, background in Engineering is advantageous.
  • **Experience**: At least 5 years' proven experience in related positions.
  • **Skills**: Proficient with government regulations related to construction projects and manufacturing operations, experienced in operating ERP software, MS project, and MS office.
  • **Language**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English.
  • **Personal Qualities**: Excellent communication and people skills, aptitude in problem-solving and resourceful thinking, detail-oriented and analytical thinking skills, self-driven and able to work with minimum supervision.
