The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of regulated bridging loan cases, prioritizing tasks accordingly, and make quality lending decisions within company criteria.

Monitor cases closely, referring necessary matters to the appropriate person.

Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders, including brokers, applicants, surveyors, and solicitors.

Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external parties.

Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, compliance, finance, and collections.

Think creatively to overcome potential problems, ensuring no additional risk to the company.

Oversee loans post-completion and follow up on offer conditions before handing them to collections.

Stay up-to-date with current best practices and regulatory requirements.

Represent the company at events as required.

Key Competencies:

Experience in underwriting bridge finance products.
