Join Our Team as a Homecare Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Homecare Worker to join our team at Alcedo Care. As a Homecare Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a family-owned business that values its carers and prioritizes the well-being of our clients. As a Homecare Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, supporting clients with mobility and transfers, administering medication, and documenting care activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal centred care to our clients, providing the high standard of care you would wish your loved ones to receive
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Administering and documenting medication
  • Documenting care activities through our app and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams
  • Supporting with house work such as meal preparation or shopping
  • Companionship for our clients, supporting their wellbeing and building a trusting relationship
