Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Roger Oates Design. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the production and financial functions within the company.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the production department to ensure efficient and effective production processes
- Overseeing the financial functions, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Providing input into production planning and budgeting
- Leading and monitoring quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with a strong background in operations management. You will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational training/experience and be able to demonstrate a track record of success in a similar role.
