STA Engineer - F1 - Electrical

We are seeking a highly skilled STA Engineer to join our team at a leading F1 racing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for securing the success of our dynamic company on its F1 projects.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise and skills in the production, manufacturing, design, or inspection of electrical/electronic assemblies for high reliability applications. You will effectively manage a portfolio of suppliers with confidence and have practical experience of working in the production, manufacturing, design, or inspection of electrical/electronic assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of suppliers with confidence
  • Have practical experience of working in the production, manufacturing, design, or inspection of electrical/electronic assemblies
  • Effectively manage a portfolio of suppliers with confidence
  • Have knowledge of application of GD&T, New Product Introductions, and testing/failure analysis
  • Experience of understanding the documentation required for production validation, Problem Solving Techniques (six-sigma, 8D, etc…), process auditing and possess excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
