About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Payroll Administrator to join our growing business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of client payroll, including multiple payrolls across various frequencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client payroll portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Process multiple payrolls across various frequencies, including weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payrolls
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Stay up-to-date with changing payroll regulations and ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Experience in a client or bureau setting, preferably in a payroll administration role
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
