Job Title: Payroll Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Payroll Administrator to join our growing business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of client payroll, including multiple payrolls across various frequencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client payroll portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Process multiple payrolls across various frequencies, including weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payrolls
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with changing payroll regulations and ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Experience in a client or bureau setting, preferably in a payroll administration role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
