Accelerate Your Career in Town Planning

Cobalt Recruitment is working closely with a well-established consultancy in London to find an experienced Town Planner to join their team. As an Associate or Associate Director, you will have the opportunity to work on major development schemes, foster new client relationships, and generate new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects, delegate tasks, and take on a leadership role.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, provide accurate advice, and communicate effectively.
  • Deal with pre-apps, manage planning applications, and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
  • Develop business and work on your own client base or bring your own.
  • Represent the company and clients at Planning Committee, Consultations, and similar events.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in planning, preferably in consultancy.
  • Strong development management skills and expertise.
  • MRTPI or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
