Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at B&M Waste Services Limited. As a key member of our engineering-led consultancy, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative and sustainable electrical design solutions for our clients.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Electrical Design Engineer to take on a senior role and lead on a variety of projects, including schools, listed buildings, science and research facilities, universities, and commercial offices. You will be responsible for ensuring that our designs meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead on electrical design projects from RIBA Stage 2 to 3, ensuring that designs are feasible, cost-effective, and meet our clients' needs.
  2. Collaborate with our team of engineers and architects to deliver integrated design solutions that meet our clients' expectations.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their requirements.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our design processes and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

  1. At least four years' experience in Electrical Design, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality designs and projects.
  2. Familiarity with Revit and other industry-standard design software.
  3. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
