Nursing Associate

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse Associate to join our team in Alcester. As a Registered Nurse Associate, you will work under the supervision of registered nurses to provide high-quality patient care and support.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in health and social care, with a focus on providing person-centered care to patients of all ages. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care and support, and will be responsible for implementing and evaluating treatment plans.

• Provide compassionate and safe care to patients in a variety of settings
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
• Implement and evaluate treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patient condition and health needs, and refer to others as necessary
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and patients to ensure seamless care delivery

• GCSE level A-C English and Maths or equivalent
• Nursing Associate Foundation Degree/Higher Apprenticeship
• Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare
• Experience as part of a team
