Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Leader to join our team at Estee Lauder. As a Counter Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, ensuring a visually appealing store environment
  • Manage daily replenishment, stock movements, and associated administration
  • Minimise stock loss through effective inventory management and security procedures
  • Ensure a safe working environment for customers and colleagues, adhering to Company and Retailer Policies and Procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer-facing environment
  • Ability to drive self-development and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Commercial understanding and awareness of the industry
  • Effective communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
