  • Liaise with client health and safety managers and other client team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Attend client health and safety meetings to stay informed and provide input.
  • Support site teams on all health and safety aspects, including reviewing safe systems of work and attending safe start meetings.
  • Manage day-to-day health and safety activities on site, including conducting workplace inspections and reporting findings.
  • Conduct investigations into accidents or incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills with experience in client-facing roles.
  • Technical knowledge of health and safety principles and practices, with experience providing support in the construction and building services sectors.
  • IT literacy and proficient report writing skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in the fit-out sector.
