Position Overview

We are in search of a skilled Principal Associate to enhance our Insolvency and Recoveries division. This role is pivotal in advancing our financial recovery and insolvency solutions.

Key Responsibilities (subject to individual expertise) encompass:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of disputed and undisputed financial recovery cases for a wide range of clients
  • Providing mentorship and support to junior colleagues
  • Overseeing creditor-initiated insolvency proceedings
  • Building and nurturing client relationships
  • Facilitating client onboarding and refining operational processes
  • Creating workflows and establishing precedents to enhance departmental efficiency
  • Conducting thorough asset tracing
  • Completing necessary management information tasks
  • Achieving established targets and performance indicators
  • Ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards
  • Adhering to both company and client policies
  • Embodying the values of the organization

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 3-8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in debt recovery and insolvency matters. Preferred qualifications include:

  • Proficient in managing deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and handling caseloads
