About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Dee Set. As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of our stores, ensuring that our products are displayed in a way that drives sales and enhances the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the visual merchandising standards across all stores, ensuring that products are displayed in a way that meets our brand guidelines.
  • Implement point-of-sale displays, cosmetics, clip strips, and greetings cards, as well as building and replenishing display units.
  • Work closely with the retail team to ensure that all visual merchandising tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Use your own smartphone or tablet to send and receive reports and photos, as well as to access our colleague benefits and discounts platform.
  • Be confident working alone and using your own initiative to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
