Key Responsibilities- Clinical Practice
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and Trust policies.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Education and Research
- Mentor and support junior staff members in their professional development.
- Participate in research projects to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Management
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to achieve outstanding results.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Collaborate with medical personnel and bed managers to optimize bed usage and patient flow.
- 1st level Registered General Nurse (Children's nurse Level 1)
- Mentorship programme or equivalent teaching qualification
- Further professional studies relevant to the clinical area
- Degree in Nursing or Equivalent
