Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Practice
    • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and Trust policies.
    • Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Education and Research
    • Mentor and support junior staff members in their professional development.
    • Participate in research projects to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Management
    • Lead and manage a team of nurses to achieve outstanding results.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
    • Collaborate with medical personnel and bed managers to optimize bed usage and patient flow.
Requirements
  • 1st level Registered General Nurse (Children's nurse Level 1)
  • Mentorship programme or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Further professional studies relevant to the clinical area
  • Degree in Nursing or Equivalent
