Position: Administrative Officer

Salary Range: £26,000 - £30,000 (pro-rata for sessional)
Weekly Hours: 36 hours, 40 weeks sessional

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily office operations and providing support to team members.
  • Utilizing various computerized systems effectively, with a preference for familiarity with school-based systems.
  • Demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Work Schedule
The working hours for this position are Monday to Thursday from 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM and Friday from 7:45 AM to 1:00 PM, with designated breaks each day.

Requirements
Candidates should possess a solid understanding of administrative processes and exhibit flexibility, empathy, and a positive attitude. A strong IT background is essential, and knowledge of specific systems would be advantageous.
