Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor

We are seeking a highly skilled Legionella Risk Assessor to join our team at Future Select Ltd. As a key member of our Water Treatment/Hygiene team, you will be responsible for carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments in line with HSG 274/A CoP L8 guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments on hot and cold-water systems
  • Ensure risk assessments are carried out in line with HSG 274/A CoP L8 guidelines
  • Undertake site surveys and provide clients with detailed reports based on risk assessment findings
  • Use AutoCAD to create site-specific schematic drawings
  • Liaise with clients to provide preventative measures and create specific legionella management plans
  • Work with the internal sales team to provide quotes for further remedial and compliance work
Requirements:
  • Hold the City and Guilds/WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessing
  • Experience using AutoCAD would be beneficial to the role
  • Well-versed in HSG 274/A CoP L8 guidelines
  • Able to write technical reports and communicate effectively with clients
  • Excellent prioritization skills to manage workload in line with company and client needs
