£19 - £21 per hour (dependent on experience)

Company Overview:
A well-established contractor operating across various sectors, including industrial, educational, commercial, and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Telehandler on site, your duties will include:
  • Transporting materials to and from designated areas based on the daily production schedule.
  • Loading and unloading goods from vehicles, including trucks.
  • Moving goods that are packed on pallets or in crates.
  • Ensuring loads are secure.
  • Stacking empty pallets.
  • Conducting daily equipment checks, such as recharging the truck's battery and lubricating machinery.
  • Removing machine attachments and waste materials from equipment.

Candidate Profile:
While a working knowledge of site health and safety procedures is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We seek individuals with a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Being approachable and capable of serving as a point of contact in a standalone position is essential.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:
  • A current and valid CPCS (blue) card or NPORS CSCS experienced driver ticket.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience operating a Telehandler in a similar environment.
