We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Chartwells on a part-time basis, with a commitment of 25 hours per week. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare high-quality, appetizing meals that satisfy our clients and customers
  • Manage and implement menu modifications
  • Identify areas for enhancement in our food services
  • Act on customer feedback to continually refine our offerings
  • Assist in the development of new menus and innovative food concepts
  • Represent Chartwells positively and uphold our brand image
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure our kitchens are well-equipped
  • Oversee kitchen sanitation to maintain hygiene standards
  • Adhere to Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional food and customer service
  • Holds a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
  • Experienced in supervising a culinary team
  • Background in a similar culinary role
  • Possesses a Food Hygiene certificate
  • Flexible in approach to work
