As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships with key accounts, maintaining regular contact, and delivering an exceptional customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
  • Handle client enquiries, deliver high-level service, and identify upsell opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets and team KPIs
  • Process rental orders via CRM and RMS
  • Follow up post-event and resolve client issues
  • Collaborate with departments to meet client needs and expectations
  • Re-engage lapsed clients and pursue new business opportunities
  • Maintain client records and assist with team training
  • Attend trade and hospitality shows as required
