Job Title: Contract Strategy Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Strategy Director to join our media team for an initial 6-month engagement. As a key player in setting the strategy and delivering a roadmap of initiatives, you will shape the business's future advertising products and revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement processes to improve agility and accelerate innovation across the business.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success and effectiveness of growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to drive alignment towards common goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business development, or operations in a large business or a growing startup.
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking with a track record of developing and executing growth initiatives.
  • Excellent project management skills and proficiency in SQL and Excel.
