Job Opportunity: Registered General Nurse (RGN)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at a high-standard nursing home in Swansea. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in caring for people with dementia and other health conditions, and be committed to delivering individualized care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering medication and reviewing care plans
  • Providing holistic and therapeutic care to patients with dementia and other health conditions
  • Liaising with other professionals to deliver care and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC Pin and right to work in the UK
  • Previous experience in a nursing role, preferably in an elderly care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
