We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Unit Manager to join our team at Harbour Healthcare Limited. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and develop individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Administer medications and document care activities in accordance with company policies and NMC guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
