Senior Nurse in Paediatric Intensive Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Intensive Care Unit Senior Nurse to join our team at St George's Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our PICU team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to critically ill children and leading the team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities- Provide expert nursing care to patients in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Lead and manage the PICU team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of education and training programs for nursing staff.
