About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, working with a talented team of experts to deliver software solutions to clients in the insurance and reinsurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to deliver software solutions to clients, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Set and manage project deadlines and budgets, collaborating with clients to create project plans and ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor and report project progress to clients and stakeholders, maintaining accurate project reporting and governance.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve project issues, working with the Product Line Delivery Manager to resolve problems and complaints.
  • Develop good working relationships with client project team members, providing performance feedback and guidance.
  • Collaborate with the client Account Manager to monitor and maintain project revenues, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a software development environment, across the full development life-cycle, with a proven track record for delivering software projects on time and on budget.
  • Commercially-minded project manager with strong communication and problem-solving skills, holding a recognised qualification in project management (e.g. PMP).
  • Attention to detail and focus on delivering quality software products, with good knowledge of Microsoft Project, Work, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior line-management and team mentoring experience, with a structured approach to project management.
