About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join our team in Tamworth. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional financial expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare statutory accounts and financial statements for a range of clients.
  • Assist with tax returns and assessments for various organisational structures.
  • Manage your own workflow and ensure client work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with HMRC on client matters and provide excellent customer service.
  • Promote and strive for customer service excellence, building strong relationships with clients.

Requirements
  • ACCA or ACA part qualified or AAT qualified.
  • Previous experience supporting clients within practice, preferably in a small to medium size firm.
  • Good working knowledge across a variety of accounting software.
  • A team player with excellent communication and attention to detail.
