About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Health Care Support Worker to join our dynamic team at the Bridge Centre in Basingstoke. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users, working closely with colleagues to provide a supportive and recovery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical and psychological care to service users in accordance with their individual care plans.
  • Support the planning and delivery of interventions, working collaboratively with the team to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Deliver community-based interventions as part of our integrated Shared Care model.
  • Work in a manner that is respectful and empowering to service users, promoting their autonomy and choice.
  • Complete phlebotomy training to take bloods for our clozapine clinic.
  • Use a vehicle for work purposes, with a valid driving license.
