Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Fellow to join our team at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in Anaesthesia and will be looking to further their anaesthetic experience in a supervised training environment.

Main Duties of the Job

The Clinical Fellow will be responsible for completing modular training in a number of subspecialty areas of anaesthesia, appropriate for their level of experience. A large proportion of the workload will be in the newly established CUH Post Anaesthesia Care Unit (PACU), however the job will also include after hour work covering emergencies and supervised theatre lists.

Requirements

  • Full Registration and a Licence to Practice with the General Medical Council at time of commencement
  • Demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues
